The federal government on Monday increased the price of petrol by Rs6.72 per litre to Rs233.91 per litre.
The price of high-speed diesel has been reduced by only 51 paisas per litre to Rs244.44 per litre.
The price of kerosene (oil) has also decreased by Rs1.67 per litre to Rs199.40 per litre.
Pertinent to mention here that the oil prices in the global market were reduced by $4 on Monday
