Pervaiz Elahi lauds services of COAS Bajwa

Punjab Chief Minister Ch. Pervez Elahi has said Gen. Qamar Javed Bajwa’s participation in the passing out parade of Royal Military Academy Sandhurst as a special guest is an honour for Pakistan and the nation.

Applauding the services of Bajwa, he said Army Chief’s visit to the Sandhurst is actually a recognition of his reforms in the Pak Army and the ongoing fight against terrorism in the country.

Punjab Chief Minister said COAS of Pakistan has been given this honour that is unprecedented in the history of England also.

Pervez Elahi further stated Army Chief’s capabilities have not only been recognized at the international level, but he has become a symbol of peace.

Cadets from 26 countries participated in the passing out parade including Pakistani which is also an honor for the nation, he added.
