Punjab Chief Minister Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi said Wednesday while addressing a ceremony that the government had restored the risk allowance for the Rescue 1122 officials that had earlier been withdrawn, .
During his address, he commended the efforts of the Punjab chief secretary and the inspector general of police (IGP).
The Punjab chief minister also threw light on the stringent measures that had been taken for the launch of Rescue 1122.
