Former prime minister Shujaat Hussain has urged politicians to shun political interference in the state organs, on Thursday.
“We should shun targeting notational institutions,” the seasoned politicians stressed in a statement.
He continued: “Politicians should neither interfere in army affairs nor involve the army in political affairs as such acts harm our national interest. Hostile elements cash in on such a situation.”
He laid emphasis on abstaining from making a mockery of state organs and communities, saying: “All of us should pledge to end this attitude.”
